We are in love with our kitchen! We had a fixed dollar amount we were willing to spend on it, and wanted something clean, simple, and functional. We got 4 estimates. We chose CMP without knowing anything about it - we are new to Kansas. CMP was in the middle price-wise. What sold us was talking with you. My husband and I both felt like you were honest and knowledgeable. I have to admit we were a little nervous choosing a contractor without any recommendations from others.

Well, it was the right decision. You listened to us and directed us to make wise choices based on function and price. You let us see the quality of the cabinets we would be getting. You visited with us several times, measuring and fine tuning the design. We kept the footprint the same but went with all new materials. We are very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and LOVE having drawers on the bottom and a half-moon corner piece. To save money, we went with a simple ceiling lighting fixture instead of several can lights - with the under cabinet lighting, we seldom even turn on the ceiling light fixture. We were pleased with the choices for counter tops, backsplash, sink, and faucet in our price range. The pantry cabinet with pull-out shelves is fantastic.

The entire process was very comfortable as everyone who worked at our house was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. A couple even were goop singers as they quietly listened to music! They informed us as to what was happening each day and who would be doing it. They cleaned up at the end of each day.

We highly recommend your company and will talk with you first before we do any other remodeling! Thank you for being so professional, honest, and fun to work with!

From the initial quote to the final walk-through, the entire team pays attention to the details, and they work clean, leaving your home livable during the remodel. Chrís is upfront with his quotes and details exactly what he is providing or the "allowance" he has included for the finishes, allowing the customer options to upgrade/change their mind during the process. We recently had CMP Construction do a complete remodel of our Master bathroom. We could not be more pleased with the work they have done. The workers were on time every morning and put in a good day's work. They were very professional and polite. They covered the Master Bedroom with plastic to protect the furniture and flooring. The bathroom was even more beautiful than we could imagine.

The job was finished on schedule and even a little under budget. The owner, Chris Van Horn, was great to work with, and his wife, Theresa, was a big help in picking out all the colors and patterns in tile and trim, as well as lighting, faucets, etc.

We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

CMP construction had been recommended to us by some other residents in our new neighborhood, so we decided to give them a call. We had an immediate meeting, and after talking to Chris about a bedroom and bathroom addition in our unfinished basement, we decided to go ahead with the project. Although neither of us was ready to start right away, we had a couple of projects completely unrelated to the basement remodel that needed to be done immediately. Chris was more than happy to send some of his guys over to take care of them. That set the tone for the rest of the project!

Chris, his project manager, Kyle, and the rest of his team did a fabulous job! They were there when they said they would be, very courteous and friendly, and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and keeping the jobsite as neat and tidy as possible. I'd never done a project like this before, and everyone was great about helping me with recommendations and decisions I had no idea how to make. And no matter how many little add-on projects I threw at them, they were always happy to help with a smile on their face and an ear scratch for the dog!

Thanks to CMP, I now have a beautiful space to lay my head and show off to my friends. I would and will recommend them to everyone with complete confidence that they will end up as satisfied and completely thrilled with their finished space as I am!

As renovation novices, we really appreciated the fact that Chris communicated with us from start to finish. This began with the initial meeting and continued throughout the project. He listened to our ideas and shared his vision. All his staff were dependable and professional as well. The end result of this collaboration was the conversion of our 1990's kitchen with all its honey oak glory into a beautiful, functional kitchen. It looks great and works great.
